Bump devfile-web next.js dependency

Issue Description

Next.js is a main dependency of devfile web and we need to bump it to 14.2.15 (see devfile/devfile-web#160 as reference).
However this brings breaking changes that we need to resolve.

After bumping up this dependency we should also bump up the rest of dependencies for the project

• The next js version has been updated.
