Foreach: Add `disk` and disks` targets

;foreach in disk should automatically expand to always target the current player's disk.

;foreach in disks should execute GROUP and:

• Target all disks of group members if the player is the leader of a group
• Target the player's disk and the leader's disk if the player is a member of a group
