Elementary OS Code app is not in Flatpak repo

Problem

The Flatpak Repo here: Elementary OS flatpak repo is missing this code app.
Is this by design? Is there some other way to get the flatpak version?

I'm not on Elementary OS anymore but would still love to use the code app.
(I've tried manually compiling it but ran into issues I don't have time to debug at the moment)

Proposal

Add this app to the official repo so other distros can add it to their app stores

No and no. BTW Code in Flatpak seems to have some limitations like #1723 and #1724 and I'm not sure it's ready for publish.

Leaving a note for contributors that adding the deploy task to GitHub Actions like Calculator will publish Code to the Flatpak repo.

Yeah @jeremypw has been doing a lot of good work to get Code to be a Flatpak app but it requires rethinking/redesign to get feeling proper. I think he wants to have it done for OS9 so it is an important milestone we are going for, it will just take some time.

The more immediate goal is porting to Gtk4 but after that Flatpaking will be a priority.
