Code doesnt always show correct icon in sidebar

In the project view Code doesnt show a python icon for __init__.py (two underscores).

Expected behaviour:
Show a python icon for the rather important file.

This does not seem related to .py files particularly it seems more to do with where in the folder structure the file appears.
