Meta-Tracker: Standardize the \*iser\ Toolchain Migration (Deno -> Bun / AffineScript)

What

This is a centralized meta-issue to track the migration of the *iser\ parser/language translation suite (e.g., \�ffinescriptiser, \idrisiser, \dafniser, \ laiser, \utharkiser, \halideiser, etc.).

Why

Currently, these projects rely on TypeScript/Deno. As part of the broader estate migration (similar to \�oj-server), these need to be transitioned to Bun or AffineScript. Tracking them individually is inefficient and prone to missed repositories.

Action Items

• Inventory all *iser\ repositories currently using Deno.
• Define the standardized Bun/AffineScript boilerplate for parsers.
• Use \opsm\ (once updated) to bulk-migrate the configurations (stripping \deno.json, adding \�unfig.toml, etc.).
• Verify CI pipelines pass post-migration across the suite.
