Add support for the latest Anthropic Claude models:

• Claude Sonnet 5
• Claude Opus 5

• claude-sonnet-5 — Claude Sonnet 5 (1M context, 128k output, introductory $2/$10 pricing through Aug 31 2026, shown as 2×; standard $3/$15 from Sept 1)

Credit where due: the model registration was authored by @broskees as part of #18 (cherry-picked ahead so nobody has to wait on the bigger review), and @jknlsn had independently added Sonnet 5 on their fork as well. Thanks all three of you.

Heads-up to see the new models: opencode freezes the plugin version in its cache, so a plain restart is not enough. Run:

rm -rf ~/.cache/opencode/packages/@khalilgharbaoui/opencode-claude-code-plugin@latest

then fully relaunch opencode, and the new models will appear in the picker.
