ZUGFeRD.NET-1.2.9.2.dll could not be found

[HO-V]

A clone of this project will not work because the Zugferd version is not available.
Tried to get it running with 1.0.1 but I got the error:
System.NullReferenceException
HResult=0x80004003
Nachricht = Der Objektverweis wurde nicht auf eine Objektinstanz festgelegt.
