「ユーザーが利用している」「インターネットからアクセスできるエンドポイントがある」「OSS」のいずれかに該当する場合は `true` を設定します。

`security-maintained = true` のリポジトリを対象に [kufu/custom-properties](https://github.com/kufu/custom-properties) が定期的に自動選択するため、手動での選択は不要です。
