Subject: [PATCH 1/3] Docs(ci): Pin the branded docs publisher

why: Port builds need the route-specific artwork, browser icons, and
social metadata added to the shared documentation assembly.

what:
- Pin the docs checkout and reusable publisher to the same reviewed SHA
- Adopt the language palettes and static product metadata from docs #26

Verified: actionlint passes; the workflow changes only its paired pins.

why: The branding branch now includes the registry deploy changes
from docs #30, so its reviewed commit has a new identity.
