I'm trying to contribute a new change to the VS Code extension, but GitHub won't let me open a pull request from my fork.
It always shows:
"An owner of this repository has disabled the ability to open pull requests."
I've already recreated my fork and pushed a fresh branch, so I wanted to check if pull requests are intentionally disabled or if I'm missing something.
