Upgrade to ACME V2

Just to inform I published https://github.com/candango/automatoes a ACME V2 replacement to manuale.

You can use it to suport ACME V2 as ACME V1 is EOL soon.

There is a ACME-V2 branch, where initial support for issuing certs works with 3c3e20d .
Thanks for the hint and thanks a lot for providing automatoes, which is required by serverPKI.

Hey @mc3. I've deleted the automatoes repo by mistake. The project was restored from my personal one.

No code was lost and I'm rebuilding the history from the way back machine, just really embarrassed by it.
