Libuavs3d target to iOS 17.5

Found Libuavs3d target to iOS 17.5, not the minium version iOS 14.
Maybe we used an old version 1.2.1-xcode instead of 1.2.1.

It seems there's an issue with the -xcode suffix version. I will release a new version to fix it.
