Subject: [PATCH] feat: sync Nextcloud capabilities: advance state, no public
 contract change

Upstream apps/sharing/lib/Capabilities.php was modified between
13ae34a4cd8ab2cfb4fc0215c2f99b3d7faf180c and
0661f778d87e6ae55175db7ee1063a8d944be105, but the change is an internal
dependency-injection refactor (constructor-injected ISharingManager
replacing Server::get(IManager::class)) with no effect on the public
capabilities JSON response. State-only update.
