Subject: [PATCH] feat: sync Nextcloud capabilities: advance state (no contract
 change)

Only apps/sharing/appinfo/info.xml changed, and only its version string
and occ command registrations were modified. No public capabilities
JSON fields were added, removed, or changed, so no Swift model update
is required. This is a state-only advance to prevent reprocessing the
same range.
