Subject: [PATCH] feat: sync Nextcloud capabilities: no public contract change

Reviewed upstream dav app info.xml change (version bump 3.0.0-dev.0 to
3.0.0-dev.1). The app's Capabilities.php provider is byte-identical
between revisions, and no other capability provider source files
changed in this range, so the public capabilities JSON response is
unaffected. Advances tracked revision only.
