Reviewed upstream provider change in apps/files/appinfo/info.xml
(fd847a4894db652a15b3312701aca3bcc8f453e7..813fe7fec07aef6cf3e3b19d8b3e427292692888):
only a new CLI command (OCA\Files\Command\ListCommand) was registered.
No fields consumed by the public capabilities JSON response (app version,
dependencies, capability keys) were affected, so no Swift model changes
are required. Advancing capability-sync-state.json to the new revision to
avoid reprocessing this range.
