Reviewed upstream provider change in apps/cloud_federation_api/appinfo/info.xml
(813fe7fec07aef6cf3e3b19d8b3e427292692888..ac1e8518b3c1d239b605115ca2cd18f6df85c81f):
the <background-jobs> registration for the OCM token cleanup job was removed.
This does not affect any field consumed by the public capabilities JSON
response (app version, dependencies, capability keys), so no Swift model
changes are required. Advancing capability-sync-state.json to the new
revision to avoid reprocessing this range.
