Upload from external app doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

1. Install this app
   https://f-droid.org/pl/packages/com.github.tmo1.sms_ie/
   Probably other apps can be used too.
2. Open and try to export messages or contacts
3. Choose nextcloud app (from left bar)
4. Choose any dir in nextcloud app
5. Press button Save
6. You will see message "File couldn't be saved" (I am using polish version, so original english message can be different).
7. File was created on the server, but file is empty (0b)

Expected behaviour

File should be uploaded without errors

Actual behaviour

File is not saved on the server

I have this problem since one or two months.
I updated nextcloud server and reinstalled Nextcloud android app and problem still exists.

Thats exactly the regression I experience.
Downgraded to 34.0.0 and it fixed it.
