Selecting a filter in search bar doesn't work as expected

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://nodejs.org/learn/
2. Search for 'Delete file' in the search bar
3. Click on any filter - Notice how the search bar disappears and the search field is cleared

Alternatively,

1. Search for 'getting started' which we know surely exists in the learn/ docs
2. Click on first filter(Debugging Node.js) - works as expected
3. Click on second filter(Security best practices) and the same issue as before resurfaces
