I've just discovered that there are fairly recent devices in the wild that don't support 802.11ac (!).  - [GSM Arena](https://www.gsmarena.com/itel_a05s-12486.php) has no details regarding WLAN except that it has WiFi. - [DeviceSpecifications](https://www.devicespecifications.com/en/model/54285e33) says `b`, `g`, `n`. The fact that it's in a _relatively cheap_ (~$100 when introduced) device probably means that any device based on the same SoC (`Unisoc SC9863A`) would not support Performance profile. Given this new information, **should we default WiFi to `Coverage` instead of `Performance`?** --- Note: no ticket yet but @Popolechien mentioned several people complaining about not seeing WiFi network (with recent images). TBC but it could be linked.
