Keep the whole icon set in icon/
The folder came over from the formatter repository without icon.svg and favicon.svg, because the site already held them as overrides/.icons/ojf/logo.svg and docs/assets/favicon.svg. That made the move look lossy: six files there, four here. All six now sit in icon/ under their original names, and the notes say which two the site copies and where.

The site uses copies of two of these files: `overrides/.icons/ojf/logo.svg` is `icon.svg`, inlined as
15+
the header logo so that it inherits the header colour, and `docs/assets/favicon.svg` is
16+
`favicon.svg`. After editing either file here, copy it over.
