[suggestion] dynamically populated page breadcrumbs

At the moment the Breadcrumbs are available only on Ipsum 1-A and Ipsum 1-B, an both are hardcoded to the pages. I'd suggest populating in dynamically by the routes, and willing to contribute the required code if you find this suggestion useful for the demo app purposes.

hi @tomer - apologies for the late response (I am returning from PTO 😄 ). I think dynamic breadcrumbs would be a nice addition as long as the code is minimal. We are trying to keep this boilerplate easy to follow and to prevent any additional code which is not typically used (thus the removal of some of the Redux boilerplate recently). Anything which is additional would be nice to place in snippets / generators down the road.
