Working on h44z/wg-portal#551 - And for proper functionality, I'm missing the peer status - Latest Handshake, Endpoint, Rx,Tx, etc.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

For the API to support current peer status for the peer/peers or even tunnel/tunnels endpoints.
