Please stop using "rrd" prefix for tags

This is an old inheritance from very old time were everything was in a single big repo...

Please use standard "v2.0.4" (or "2.0.4")

I also think Packagist (so PIE) doesn't support this prefix

Also nice to create releases (with changes descriptions)

Or a CHANGELOG.md file (can be extracted from package.xml, which is only useful for pecl user)
