FEATURE UPDATE: log deleted messages from purge_messages and ban_user

I'd love to have auto-deleted messages logged when staff use administrative commands like /purge_messages and /ban_user

Currently these messages are lost forever and not recorded like they would be if a single message was deleted by the user or by staff. It would be helpful to keep these messages logged somewhere for administrative context.

Note: It would be ideal if messages from the verification channel were not logged during /purge_messages since it would clutter the log with a lot of ">verify" posts that have no value.

For purged messages,
I have seen another popular bot record them all to a .txt file before sending that record in a designated logs channel. Thought that could be a possibility for Zorak — although this is just a potential guess for it off the top of my head.

For messages from those banned,
I have indeed noticed that this purging is an automatic process unless the admin in charge specifically asks for no messages to be deleted. Perhaps we could modify this default argument to make sure no messages get removed automatically. (To clarify, TypeError possible if both delete_message_days and delete_message_seconds specified.)

Potential issue with this is that Discord only allows processing of the previous hundred messages. Meaning, (logged) purging after banning may not affect as many messages as automated (not logged) purging that takes place simultaneously to the ban.
