Subject: [PATCH] The German says the paid half is paid for, not the paying
 half

Part 03's closing line read `nicht die zahlende Hälfte von etwas Freiem`, which
says the half that pays rather than the half you pay for. The English is "not
the paid half of a free thing", so the German now reads `kostenpflichtige`.

The same phrase on companygraph.io's billing page moves in the sibling change;
the translator found it there while writing this part's German and reported it
rather than correcting English it had not been given.

The ideas card's stamp moves although its image is byte-identical, because the
recipe hashes the German too. The sitemap is already dated today.

Verified: `og:check`, `sitemap:check`, `design:check`, `pages:check`,
`pin:check`, `model:check`, `test:build`, `test:og`, `test:dupes`, `verify`
against a local server and `sh conventions/conventions-check` all pass.
