Integrate real-time status indicator next to the STT engine name on the header

Green check mark when it's working, red X when it's not

This needs to be a dynamic icon: e.g., if there is no internet connection and WebSpeech cannot be accessed, the check mark should turn into a X, and then back to the check mark when the connection is restored.
