Subject: [PATCH 1/5] Let booking widget scroll when its description is
 expanded

The spatialdata booking iframe had scrolling=no with a fixed height, so
expanding Show more clipped the appointment picker. Switch to scrolling=auto
and give it a bit more height.

Subject: [PATCH 3/5] Clarify the book-to-attend model on Community Calendar
 page

Reword the Book a meeting section and add an intro note making clear that a
booked session is open to everyone (no need to book to attend), booking only
starts a session that isn't scheduled yet. Bump first-booking window to 72h.
