Has anyone been able to build a layer on top of a Python run time beyond 3.8? Or is Docker the better option.#57

Working on python upgrades due to deprecation of python 3.7 and python 3.8 at the end of this year. Used to run a libre office from 3.7 and was curious what the next jump is? I currently do not dockerize the library, rather pull it in and setup on first start.
