Add deuterocanon tests to machine.py

We should consider - instead of porting these tests - following up on them and and confirming that we're handling row enumeration and alignment for the deuterocanon correctly. If we are, we can remove these if we believe that there's sufficient testing; otherwise if we are not handling correctly, we should add pass-fail tests to cover those cases and fix the bugs. Either way, we can remove these tests.
