Subject: [PATCH] Added missing notes about including latest translations in
 6.0.4 and 6.0.6.

Latest translations strings were fetched from Transifex for 6.0.4
(9969df4f360221fc408da1604f0369f7594a1818) and for 6.0.6
(dd895d6268f1dd544a565a321cb4527ca3ca1173) but the release notes did not
mention this.
