I have a problem that I have many materials like scrap and ferroalloy. I want to achieve properties like carbon, silicon and many more. and I want to use those materials that my final cost would be minimum. So, I run this program and same logic I run in excel, but both give me different answer and this program doesn't achieve 2 or 3 property.
