(Issue clone from https://github.com/mozilla/server-side-tls/issues/305) ECH (based on the older ESNI) was published as [RFC9849](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9849.html). Do you see relevant downsides to it? Otherwise I would like to suggest to add it to the recommendations.
