Implement `lsblk`

I have a rust project that could really use the logic of lsblk.

As an alternative, if someone could tell me concisely in pure rust how to figure out how to figure out a "device tree" that can map an arbitrary partition back to the physical drive it is on.

The problem is more complex than one would think when one is using LUKS + LVM...

To map an arbitrary logical volume or partition back to its physical drive in pure Rust, you don't need to parse complex metadata headers or use C FFI. The Linux kernel has already done the heavy lifting and exposed the entire topology through sysfs (specifically /sys/class/block/).
