A301 Software Released

Hi all! Initial A301 details have been added to A301.md and REV.md. As a reminder, while we know everyone is excited to get started with A301, we do still recommend that teams start with at least minimal testing of the Hybrid configuration to establish familiarity with WPILib and ensure that the Systemcore is configured and working correctly.

Additional A301 information such as testing tasks will continue to be added over the coming weeks.

The3 01_27_0_0_prerelease_11 firmware fails to load on A301 actuators even when manual recovery mode on A301 is active. Install button just moves back to previous screen on systemcore Rev Hardware Client.

Is "Force bootloader update" necessary to allow the prerelease firmware to load?

No, you shouldn't need to use the force boot loader update option.

I believe the issue that you are seeing is an issue with how RHC2 manages multiple users and how only one user can do write operations, and it's preventing you from doing an update.

Usually a power cycle will clear will clear the issue. We're looking into improving this.

We understand that this may not be a great experience for some, but this change is a necessary evil and we have tried to make the transition as smooth as possible (as long as you read the documentation).

This should the be the only time an update like this is needed.
