I think all examples in StackBlitz fail with this error:

I haven't seen this when running the samples in stackblitz. Does it happen during the generation step or running the sample with tsx?

Just clicking the "Open StackBlitz" in any document page.

It launches the StackBlitz and runs npm install && npm run dev automatically.

I also tried to run main.ts manually in many ways and got the same error.

What about a dataintegrity check that change in subtypes?

For example, a base model User that has a nullable email, but for one of its subtypes email should not be nullable?
