empty line in feeds file leads to crash

An empty line in the feeds file for zulip-rss leads to a crash. The empty line gives

IsADirectoryError: [Errno 21] Is a directory: '/home/zulip/.cache/zulip-rss/'

because the chat-name is empty and zulip-rss tries to append to the directory without file name.

Hi! I'm interested in working on this issue.

From the description, it seems the crash occurs when an empty line in the feeds file results in an empty chat name, causing zulip-rss to construct a cache path that points to the cache directory itself rather than a file.

If nobody is currently working on it, I'd be happy to investigate and submit a fix.

Hi! I see this was claimed a month ago but there's no linked PR or activity since. I'd like to work on this if it's still available, happy to step back if @sharayuwadghule is still actively working on it. The fix looks like it needs a check for an empty chat-name before constructing the cache path in zulip-rss.

hi, checking if this is still in progress. sharayuwadghule commented about working on this in june but i dont see a linked pr yet. if its still available id like to take a look at skipping empty lines / empty chat names in the feeds parser before opening a pr.
