This PR adds documentation to the
Sources/SettingsStore.swiftfile and creates a debt report for the entire project. The codebase is written in Swift, which is not supported for automated testing or refactoring in this environment. Therefore, all modifications are documentation-only (adding JSDoc/Swift-style comments) with no logic changes. No tests were run as there is no support for Swift testing in the sandbox.
Sources/SettingsStore.swift: Added documentation comments for enums and theSettingsStoreclass.7e050b12-5861-41b9-895b-bdbb3e5a6c52_DEBT_REPORT.md: Created a new debt report outlining complexity observations and suggested future refactors.
