Update SVD for STM32F7x9

STM32F7x9.svd didn't generate bindings, raising this error:

Fatal error when parsing the SVD file:
STM32F7x9.svd:22934:7: Name differ for closing tag (expecting register, opened line 22567)

I replaced it with the newer version, taken from here

FWIW the new version changes a few other things than just fixing the incorrect XML markers. Have you tested this against the Ada_Drivers_Library? If not I can have a look.

I ran tests on Ada Drivers Library's master. Then i replaced STM32F7x9.svd in svd2ada/CMSIS-SVD/ST/, navigated to Ada_Drivers_Library/arch and ran make -f svd.mk. After that i ran tests again. In both cases, there are 8 identical failures:

@A-Yerkesh I have merged #111 which fixes some of the issues you also noticed but without updating the files in general. Feel free to rebase your PR and then I'll have another look.

Looks good. I think there's no need to update the SVD if #111 fixes it.
