Reader Done Scanner started

Reader patchnotes:

1. added zeus_boln
2. added ZEUS_TRUE
3. added ZEUS_FALSE
4. added zeus_byte
5. added zeus_real
6. added zeus_long
7. added zeus_void

These are necessary to make the given functions work properly, for both reader and scanner.

Scanner patchnotes:

1. format specifiers functionality reduced. %d %s %f accepted, but specifying decimal places for %f no longer supported (ex: %0.4f)
2. ^ mathematical function no longer supported. ex: 2^3

A32 notes: built in functions square and cube removed
