Adds the public itch.io browser demo to the English and Italian READMEs so visitors can try reusable dice-roll macros, maps and tokens without configuring cloud services.
Explains that the demo uses fictional data, resets on reload, has no multiplayer or durable session saves, and is separate from the maintainer's personal installation. The full application's setup requirements remain unchanged.
Validation: 19 documentation, publication and privacy tests passed; repository security scan passed with no detected secrets. The isolated demo passed its build, 63 tests and browser checks on itch.io. Only README files change in this PR.
