This repo doesn't have a license file yet. Under the AlmaLinux OS licensing policy, code contributed to a repo with no license notice is licensed under MIT (the policy's Default License for Code), so this PR writes down what already applies. The copyright line follows the policy: "Copyright Contributors to the AlmaLinux OS Foundation."
