Conversation
Port the pulp role from pulp-deploy (Docker Compose or Podman/Quadlet, custom image with vendored pulpcore patches, OpenTelemetry collector) with playbooks/pulp.yml and an inventories/pulp inventory for the dev, staging and prod environments. The original prod DB-fields encryption key and token keypair are committed vault-encrypted; plaintext keys, secrets/, local prod inventories and the vault password file are gitignored.

Moves the Pulp deployment here from pulp-deploy, so all ALBS deployment code lives in one place.
Changes
pulpcopied as-is from pulp-deploy (only git-tracked files): Docker Compose or Podman/Quadlet orchestration, optional custom image with vendored pulpcore patches (export.py,datarepair.py), OpenTelemetry collector, journald retention, TLS provisioning.playbooks/pulp.yml(addsbecome: true, which pulp-deploy set globally in itsansible.cfg).inventories/pulpwithdev,stagingandprodgroups underpulp_all. Hosts are placeholders; group_vars copied from pulp-deploy.roles/pulp/files/*.vault;group_vars/prod.ymlpoints at them..gitignore: vault password files,secrets/, plaintext keys/certs inroles/pulp/files/, local prod inventories (inventories/pulp/prod_hosts.*),sign_vars.yml, Python/OS caches.Testing
ansible-inventory -i inventories/pulpresolves the group tree and prod group_vars..vaultfiles have the$ANSIBLE_VAULTheader; no plaintext key/PEM exists in any commit of the repo.--checkrun against prod was started; it stopped on the missing key files, which led to the vault-encrypted keys above.Notes
