Reword the collect-checkpoint item: --collectafter already exists; the missing part is recording the last listed key. Note that branch protection needs a repository admin, and that a run-log TTL works against its purpose as the durable deletion record. Drop the redundant preflight_cluster() item: the gain is one mutation test, and it would edit a delete-path safety check. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
