Description

AngleSharp.Io 1.2.0 continues the work started in 1.1.0 and fills in more of the browser platform for headless use. Requests can now go through a real HTTP cache: call WithHttpCache after WithRequesters, and the HTTP(S) requesters reuse cached responses. The new IoOptions.CreateTemporary and IoOptions.CreatePersistent make it easy to choose between short-lived and on-disk storage. The navigator also gains several standard APIs: navigator.storage (the StorageManager), minimal service workers on navigator.serviceWorker, navigator.sendBeacon, and navigator.language / navigator.languages, which you can set through NavigatorOptions.Languages.

This release also adds navigator.permissions, backed by a configurable permission policy that now controls access to clipboard, geolocation and storage persist requests. You can register your own policy with WithPermissions. There is also a Reporting API that captures network errors and supports ReportingObserver, and an RTCPeerConnection with data channels that runs on a built-in loopback platform. Together these let scripts that depend on modern browser features run against AngleSharp without extra shims.

Fallout v10.4.0 is the first stable-channel release; the previously pinned
11.0.18 belongs to the edge channel. The stable CLI ships as Fallout.GlobalTool
(the fallout command is unchanged), and Fallout.Common 10.4.0 resolves the
patched System.Security.Cryptography.Xml 10.0.10 on its own, so the manual
transitive pin is no longer needed (Fallout-build/Fallout#618).

Move the build orchestrator to the Fallout stable channel (10.4.0)
WithHttpCache wraps the registered HTTP(S) requesters in a
CachingRequester backed by a private RFC 9111 cache. Entries are kept
per origin through IHttpCacheHandler, with memory and persisted
implementations mirroring the storage handlers. IoOptions gains
CreateTemporary/CreatePersistent to put cookies, storage and the HTTP
cache under one root directory.

Covers WithHttpCache, the caching rules, HttpCacheOptions and modes,
IHttpCache, custom handlers, IoOptions.CreateTemporary/CreatePersistent,
an offline replay workflow, and FAQ entries.
