Add deterministic Ghostty and Zig builds producing Python-ABI-independent
wheels for Linux, macOS, and Windows. Build and test them with cibuildwheel,
then publish tagged releases to GitHub and PyPI using trusted publishing.
Include Ghostty's MIT license and stop tracking generated native libraries.
