从 cosdt-ci-test/workflows 迁移 diffusers 的 examples 看护到 docs 仓。 - 新增薄触发器 .github/workflows/diffusers-examples.yml（schedule 保持 注释，声明 pull_request 触发） - 新增项目载荷 examples-guards/diffusers/：examples_manifest.yaml + setup/run_example.sh + fixtures + constraints-npu.txt（52 supported + 256 unsupported 逐字段平移，supported 路径已对 diffusers checkout 全量校验） 改动要点： - 适配 docs 仓网络约定：runner 直连 huggingface.co，引擎不再设 HF_ENDPOINT / HF_HUB_DISABLE_XET，hf_snapshot / hub_snapshot 从 hf-mirror 改为直连（Xet-backed 数据集在直连下原生可下，删去旧 302 兜底注释）；涉及注释同步更新 - 契约文档引用 docs/guarding-examples.md 改为 examples-guards/README.md - 脚本零功能改动：模型/数据全部 setup 现场 ModelScope/HF 按需下载 （ModelScope 缓存落在持久卷 /root/.cache），无 cache-seed 预投递依赖
