Summary

Adds the new streaming opt-in acknowledgeSilence and the Silence message it turns on.

  • acknowledgeSilence?: boolean on StreamingTranscriberParams, serialized to the acknowledge_silence query param, plus acknowledge_silence?: boolean on StreamingUpdateConfiguration for mid-stream changes.
  • New SilenceEvent type (start_ms, end_ms — session-audio positions on the word-timestamp clock), a silence event with an on() overload, and the inbound switch case.
  • Version bump 4.41.1 → 4.41.2 with a CHANGELOG entry.

Server contract: when enabled (U3Pro only), the server emits a Silence message roughly once per second while no speech is being transcribed. Gateway side is DeepLearning #20036; the ASR emitter is #20087.

Add the `acknowledgeSilence` opt-in to `StreamingTranscriberParams`
(sent as `acknowledge_silence`) and to `StreamingUpdateConfiguration`
for mid-stream changes. When enabled (U3Pro only), the server emits a
`Silence` message roughly once per second while no speech is being
transcribed. Add the matching `SilenceEvent` type (`start_ms`/`end_ms`),
a `silence` event with an `on()` overload, the inbound switch case, and
unit tests.

Bump version to 4.41.2 and add the changelog entry.
