Add an optional
language_hintsobject to transcription configuration and request/response types. It carries a default language and an optional ordered language list independently of the user prompt and language routing; omission leaves the request unchanged. The field survives config copies, raw-config reconstruction and the HTTP request model.Validation: Focused language-hint/transcriber suites pass with both Pydantic 1 and Pydantic 2. Tests inspect actual mocked HTTP request bodies, omission, ordering, invalid values and independent config copies. Zero-distractor requests may list only true targets even when the default is outside that list.
A compatibility backport based on 0.64.32 is available on
reloff/language-hints-064for consumers retaining the earlier SDK module layout. Server support must deploy before callers enable this option.
