docs: replace inaccessible example.com/example.org audio URLs - #251

README.md, MIGRATION.md, and CLAUDE.md used https://example.com and https://example.org as sample audio_url values in runnable code snippets. Neither domain hosts an actual audio file, so copying these examples verbatim fails. Replace them with the SDK's existing working sample at https://assembly.ai/wildfires.mp3, already used elsewhere in README.md.
